Refunds & cancellation

Last updated · June 2026

Bimi is operated by GoodMatters Enterprises. This page covers how Bimi subscriptions are billed, how to cancel, and when you're due a refund. It applies to both our India (INR) plans and our international subscription for Indians living abroad.

How billing works

A Bimi subscription is recurring. You're charged at the start of each billing cycle — monthly or annual, depending on the plan you pick — for the cycle ahead. India households pay in INR through local methods; subscribers outside India pay by international card. Your plan and renewal date are always visible in the app under Settings → Subscription.

How refunds are processed

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Once we initiate a refund, it typically reaches you within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer. For international card payments, refunds are returned in the original transaction currency; any currency-conversion difference is set by your card issuer, not by us.

How to request a refund

Email founders@trybimi.in with the phone number or email on your account, the charge date, and a line on what happened. A real human reads it, and we aim to reply within one business day.
