Bimi is operated by GoodMatters Enterprises, a registered business based in Bangalore, India. These terms cover your use of trybimi.in and the Bimi waitlist. Bimi the product — the cook-coordination app — has its own terms that you'll accept when you onboard. This page is just about this website.

What we promise

We'll keep this site online to the best of our ability, treat the information you give us with care, and reach out when there's a pilot slot for you. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee a slot — we onboard households in cohorts and based on fit with what Bimi handles today.

What we ask of you

• Sign up with information that's actually yours.
• Don't try to brute-force, scrape, or interfere with the site.
• Don't submit content that's illegal, abusive, or someone else's personal data.

No warranties

This site is provided as-is, while we're still pre-launch. We don't warrant that it's error-free or available 24/7. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bimi isn't liable for incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of this site.

Paid subscriptions

When Bimi subscriptions go on sale, billing, cancellation, and refunds are governed by our Refunds & Cancellation policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Bangalore.
